The VCFD Development Fund is generated by dedicating up to 20% or more of all net profits from VCFD International to the Fund which in turned is used to finance programs for Veterans, their families, and local populations as well as local development.

100% of all monies in the Development Fund will be used to finance programs designed to utilize ENGAGEMENT, EMPOWERMENT, ENHANCEMENT &ENRICHMENT to support Veterans, their families, and local populations.

Child Soldiers: Although child soldiers are not veterans of governmental armies in a traditional sense, they are nonetheless war veterans. As such, child soldiers deserve a level of support that has not been provided by their national governments. It is VCFD’s principle to embrace all individuals who have had to fight wars and VCFD will provide them with the Engagement, Empowerment, Enhancement, and Enrichment at the same level as any formally recognized traditional Veteran.
